A soul-crisis can present as anxiety, depression, exhaustion, self-esteem, and relational issues. Sometimes we feel disconnected from our true selves and are just surviving. I believe in honoring each unique path and supporting you to recognize and honor your wisdom and strength. You will be treated with respect, kindness, and non-judgmental acceptance, as we navigate this ‘soul’s-journey’ as equal partners.

Integrative therapy is a flexible, inclusive practice that combines multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to promote healing on all levels: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Your characteristics, preferences, needs, physical abilities, beliefs, and motivation are considered to formulate the best therapy approach.

I support clients to bring things hidden into awareness so they can be intentionally integrated or discarded, creating alignment, peace, and the expansion of conscious awareness.
