Welcome. I am a therapist, yoga teacher, higher-education consultant and trauma specialist who’s spend the last two decades studying the connection between mind, body and spirit. My mission is to bridge psychology and spirituality, healing trauma and helping women to access inner-freedom so they can thrive. I believe that every person can heal, learn and grow because we are resilient and resourceful. My intention is for our therapeutic relationship to offer you the support and safety needed to explore your shadows and seek healing.

Therapeutic Approach

As a soul-centered therapist, Tanya specializes in the integration psychotherapy and spirituality. She offers a unique blend of practical interventions and heart-centered healing, exploring sub-conscious parts and shadows. She believes in a holistic therapeutic approach and combines multiple orientations and techniques to promote healing on all levels. Tanya is a licensed therapist (LMFT) in California, Certified Brainspotting practitioner, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Professional (CMHIMP), yoga instructor, clinical hypnotherapist, career consultant, and founder of Unfiltered Integrative Therapy and Intentional Careers with over twenty years of experience as a community college consultant directly serving students, faculty, industry partners, and employees. Tanya works trauma-informed perspective, respecting the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. She provides individual therapy for teens and adults. Some modalities she utilizes include mindfulness, nutritional therapies, Brainspotting, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing within an existential framework.
