Tanya Hanrihan

MA, Licensed Therapist, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner (CMHIMP), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Registered Yoga Teacher (She, Her, Hers)

Welcome. I specialize in providing mental health therapy to women. I am a therapist, yoga teacher, higher-education consultant and trauma specialist who’s spend the last two decades studying the connection between mind, body and spirit. My mission is to bridge psychology and spirituality, healing trauma and helping women to access inner-freedom so they can thrive. I believe that every person can heal, learn and grow because ultimately humans are resilient and resourceful. My intention is for our therapeutic relationship to offer you the support and safety you need to explore all parts of yourself, so that you can find ease and gain clarity. Finally healing, so that you may live the life you want.

All of your parts are important and the integration of all of you leads to wholeness.
